Founding partner of the Corporate BCT Legal, a lawyer from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, among his virtues, is the extensive experience that precedes him in Business Law and specializing in Industrial Property Law and Labor Law, currently studying the career of Public Accounting, he has continued his academic training in public and private institutions.

Previously, he worked in the most prestigious Legal Corporations in the center of the country, attending the branches of Business Law, Immigration Law, Administrative Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, as well as Labor Law, as manager of national and international companies, he also worked in the Procuraduría de la Defensa del Trabajador, Junta Local de Conciliación y Arbitraje and the Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa.

To continue with his academic training and updating, he has taken several courses, conferences, seminars, diplomas and certifications in Business Law, Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law and Administrative Law.

Founding partner of the corporate BCT Legal, graduated with honorable mention from the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí. He has completed the courses "Law of Obligations", "International Law" and "Commercial Law" at the Université de Nantes, France and the diploma "International Law" at the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. His work experience focuses on contentious procedures in civil, commercial and family matters, having collaborated with various legal firms specialized in the area, he also collaborated directly with the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores delegation of San Luis Potosí during a period in the departments of "Permits for foreigners and nationalization” as well as at the passport office.

He provides legal assistance in English and French languages and is currently pursuing a master's degree in private law with a specialty in contracts.
